C.K. (Tony) Sun
Managing Director

Tony came to the UK in 1972 and obtained a BSc Honours degree in Civil Engineering and subsequently spent 6 years with a construction company in order to acquire on-site and design experience. From 1987 to 1998 he became a special consultant for under-bridge access gantry systems and high-rise building cleaning equipment. In 1998 Tony became a technical consultant and Acting-Manager of Hiatco, in 2003 Tony purchased Hiatco from its previous owner. Since 2003 Tony has been responsible for impelmenting key changes within the company and turning it into the successful company that it is today.

Alan Davison
Production Manager

Alan has 45 years of experience as a Machinist beginning as an Apprentice with Vickers Crabtree in 1966. Alan served in the armed forces for 6 years as a machinist/welder in Germany. He joined Hiatco in 1993 as the Production Manager and has a vast working knowledge of all our products.

Jacqui Cook
Office Manager

Jacqui graduated with an honours degree in economics & economic history from Manchester Polytechnic before working as a buyer for Compass Caravans. She joined Hiatco in 1999 and has recently become a fully qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. As part of her role as Office Manager at Hiatco she is also a certified Internal quality management system auditor.

Stuart & James Parkin
Factory Foremen

James & Stuart both started Hiatco as Apprentice welders and completed their advanced modern apprenticeship in 2004. They are both certified welders, and in 2008 completed an NVQ in Team Leadership after being promoted to their current roles as foremen. James is also a qualified welding inspector having successful completed a course with the TWI in 2009.
