About Hiatco
Company History

Hiatco was established in February 1993 specialising in aluminium fabrication.

Initially, Hiatco produced caravan accessories such as steps, roof ladders, roof racks, bicycle racks, caravan levellers, spare wheel carriers, motorhome seat mounting frames.

In 1995, we began manufacturing access equipment such as power cradles for cleaning and maintenance of high rise buildings, atrium travelling gantries & ladders, monorail systems and davit suspension arms.

Then in 1997, we started the manufacture of aviation fuel tank floating suction systems.

More recently, we started to manufacture, repair & certify temporary access equipment for the power transmission lines. The temporary access equipment includes aluminium working platforms ranfing from 6m to 21m long, spacer chairs to carry operator & spacers travelling on the conductor line between pylons, aluminium jump chairs, armour rod baskets and pole platforms. Hiatco is now the major manufacturer for power transmission line access equipment.

Hiatco also specialises in the manufacture of mobile aluminium passenger staircases for aircraft access.
